Since 1993 the company has grown and is now part of Red Care IT. The customer base has expanded and the company now supports businesses as well as home users.  Clients include members of royalty, local government and dignitaries, as well as numerous SMEs and home users across the South of England. Our qualified engineers travel all over the South, from Bristol in the West, through London and Oxford, to Norfolk in the East.

PC Paramedics now specialises in providing professional IT services to the smaller end of the SME sector. Widely ignored by many IT service providers, this industry sector has a strong demand for competent and reliable technical support for its business systems.

PC Paramedics has assembled a wide range of technical and analytical skills and services in order to be able to provide the support required by small businesses. A key element is a thorough understanding of the issues facing the differing needs of the growing enterprise as well as the SOHO and domestic user. All these users need help and advice to ensure that they gain benefits from integrating their phone, tablet, laptop etc and maximise the return on their investment.

In early 2007 the Company introduced a ‘Managed Services’ offering which provides clients with a fixed price support capability and very rapid response to problems. Today PC Paramedics and it’s parent company Red Care IT Ltd, offer a portfolio of services across the UK including Managed Services, hardware, software and communication convergence support and training.
